Confidence
Confidence consists of a series of skills which can be developed systematically. Improving your self-confidence can help you to be a more effective communicator; to be more assertive in a range of situations, to interact with others socially or at work appropriately, as well as feeling comfortable with being yourself. Improved self confidence leads to improved relationships and less anxiety. Bravo Communication can help you build your self-confidence through our Confident Communication course which includes topics such as:

Assertiveness
Assertiveness is communicating in a direct and honest manner without violating the personal rights of others. This type of direct communication is helpful in reducing conflict, building self-confidence and enhancing relationships, both at work and in your personal life. Assertiveness is a skill that can be learned. Bravo Communication offers a course of workshops during which you will learn to: |

Working Women’s Breakfasts/Morning Teas

Bravo’s Working Women’s Breakfasts/Morning Teas provides a fantastic opportunity to network, socialise and workshop new communication skills over a bite to eat and a coffee.
Topics covered in the mini-workshops include such things as getting organized, critical thinking, expressing appreciation, being specific and clear, managing interruptions, saying “NO”, teamwork, and many others. We also invite guest speakers to talk about things that are of particular interest to women.
